At Ravella Luxury Silkwear, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If your silk garments aren't a perfect fit, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the silk items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective liners remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid DHL Express shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives your return, we will conduct a quality inspection and process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
